We chose glass partitions to separate the shower area from the soaking tub, making it feel more open and expansive. The large mirror in the vanity area also helps maximize the spacious appeal of the bathroom. One of two identical bathrooms is spacious and features all conveniences. To gain usable space, the existing water heaters were removed and replaced with exterior wall-mounted tankless units. Furthermore, all the storage needs were met by incorporating built-in solutions wherever we could.

Let there be light. There will be in this sunny style designed to capture amazing views as well as every ray of sunlight throughout the day. Architectural accents of the past give this modern barn-inspired design a historical look and importance. Custom details enhance both the exterior and interior, giving this home real curb appeal.
