The original bathroom was cramped with a tub that the homeowner never used and a hard to get to walk in shower. Virtuoso completely gutted the bathroom and expanded the overall size by borrowing space from the master bedroom. This created a lot of movable space and a much larger walk-in shower

The clients needed to refresh their bathroom. They could not decide if they wanted dark and dramatic or light and airy so I rendered each style and they were able to choose what they liked best.

This stunning home has been finished to exacting standards and has received widespread recognition for its design, attention to finishing detail and use of innovative fixtures and fittings. The external finish combines soaring three metre rammed earth walls, ship lapped spotted gum gables, a 250PFC feature perimeter beam and expansive Capral 150 series double glazed windows. A beautifully landscaped pool is viewed from the living and master bedroom areas and is complimented with a pool house that replicates the features of the main house. appartement des années 50 qui n'avait pas été rénové depuis. En accord avec la propriétaire, des premiers aménagements pour moderniser ce bien, et le rendre plus douillet ont été fait. D'autres propositions ont été retenues et seront installées dans un second temps (changement du mobilier et mise en place d'une verrière dans l'entrée). La salle de bain a été remplacée par une salle d'eau avec une douche ouverte sur la pièce. Les robinetterie, de couleur cuivre, font partie du petit plus de cette pièce en travertin
