This bathroom remodel in Fulton, Missouri started out by removing sheetrock, old wallpaper and flooring, taking the bathroom nearly down to the studs before its renovation. Then the Dimensions In Wood team laid ceramic tile flooring throughout. A fully glassed-in, walk-in Onyx base shower was installed with a handheld shower sprayer, a handicap-accessible, safety grab bar, and small shower seat. Decorative accent glass tiles add an attractive element to the floor-to-ceiling shower tile, and also extend inside the two shelf shower niche. A full bathtub still gives the home owners the option for a shower or a soak. The single sink vanity has a Taj Mahal countertop which is a quartzite that resembles Italian Calacatta marble in appearance, but is much harder and more durable. Custom cabinets provide ample storage and the wall is protected by a glass tile backsplash which matches the shower. Recessed can lights installed in the ceiling keep the bathroom bright, in connection with the mirror mounted sconces. Time for new bathrooms in Newtown Square PA. Age and poor tile installation caused the demise of these client’s master and hall baths. We redesigned the layout of the master bath getting rid of a small stall shower and huge tiled tub deck. The new master bath now has a larger shower with frameless glass surround and a sleeker free standing tub. Both baths received newly designed tile showers with quartzite accents matching the baths new countertops. The master bath cabinetry by Fabuwood in Nexus frost is a clean contrast to the grey tile on the floors of the master and the hall bath cabinetry by Fieldstone in Crystal fog finish accents the aqua/blue/green tile listello in the hall bath. Now these clients have new beautiful baths.

This custom Dura Supreme vanity in 'Antique White' features a recessed door style that adds the perfect traditional touch to the space. This master bath, originally built in the 80's, deserved a new makeover. The corner tub was replaced with a beautiful stand-alone tube, original cabinetry was painted in the new midnight blue navy and beautiful tile and quartz countertops gave the space a look of class and elegance. Three oversized matching mirrors were spaced evenly over the asymmetrical cabinet configuration to add balance to the area. The addition of a turquoise beaded globe chandelier added a touch of color to the charming corner, The floor tile goes seamlessly into the shower and around the tub surround with stone accent tile topping off around the backsplash into the shower. Soft and lush, this bathroom is a real retreat!

Roger Scheck This bathroom remodel was featured on Season 3 of House Hunters Renovation. Clients Alex and Fiona. We completely gutted the initial layout of the space which was cramped and compartmentalized. We opened up with space to one large open room. Adding (2) windows to the backyard allowed for a beautiful view to the newly landscaped space and filled the room with light. The floor tile is a vein cut travertine. The vanity is from James Martin and the counter and splash were made locally with a custom curve to match the mirror shape. We finished the look with a gray teal paint called Rain and soft window valances.

Our client had already done many renovations to their almost century-old, converted multi-family home. The master bathroom was one of the remaining projects on their list. We closed off the existing entry into the bathroom and removed the hall closet for better flow and to increase the overall square footage of the space. Just inside the new entry, we built a large vanity with quartz countertop, white maple cabinetry with crystal drawer pulls. The old tub was replaced with an oversized shower with bench seat. A mix of different shape and size Hampton Carrara polished marble tile is used for the shower and floor. The radiator and toilet were moved. The toilet now tucks neatly away behind the shower. Patchwork Random mosaic tiles were placed throughout the floor and shower wall to add a funky touch to this elegant bathroom. A cool pendant light fixture and Moen and Delta fixtures complete the space.

This gorgeous, remodeled bathroom in Midlothian began as an outdated space with a huge, garden tub that was never used. It is now a space that the homeowners can utilize to its full potential. A long, double vanity with lots of storage replaced the existing single vanity. The new configuration of the bathroom allowed for the addition of a makeup vanity. Underneath this weathered wood-look tile floor is a radiant heating system. We all know how cold tile can be to walk on with bare feet. The homeowner will be able to set the thermostat to any desired temperature which will not only heat up the tile but also the bathroom. During the colder months the radiant heating system can also be used to raise the temperature of the bathroom without effecting the entire home. The beautiful tiled floor makes a smooth transition into the curbless shower enclosure. This is achieved by using a zero-entry shower pan, an ideal solution for those homeowners who want to age in place.

ユニットバス（システムバス）：比較的新しいこの技法は、予め工場で生産されたパーツ (壁、バスタブ、シャワーユニットなど) を現場で組み立てていく技法で、防水性、断熱性に優れ、工期を短縮できるだけでなく、費用も大幅に抑えることができます。在来工法と比べると、デザインやレイアウトの自由度が低い点が欠点としてあげられます。

ホテルライクなバスルームに誰しもが憧れたことがあるでしょう。すっきりとした収納、余計なものやプライベート感がない、トイレとバスが一緒の三点ユニットでも清潔感があるのがホテルのバスルームの特徴です。このようなシンプルな印象のバスルームにするコツは、収納をできるかぎり1カ所にまとめるということです。タオルや着替え、トイレットペーパーや洗剤など溢れがち (しかもバスルームに置きがち) な日用品のストックは、必要分だけをコンパクトに整理して、同素材や同系色の収納ボックスやラックにまとめることで、全体を統一感ある印象に見せます。ところで、このようなホテルライクなバスルームはアメリカのバスルームが元になっていますが、アメリカの Houzz サイトの特集記事 (Story) には、“Bathroom 1 1/2” や “Bathroom 3/4” などと表記されているものがあります。これは、バスルームを「バスタブ」、「シャワー」、「トイレ」、「洗面台」の4つ分けて、それぞれ 1/4 と考え、4つすべてある場合は ”Bathroom 1”、それに加えてトイレと洗面台がもう1カ所ずつある場合は “Bathroom 1 1/2”、シャワー、トイレ、洗面台だけでバスタブがない場合は “Bathroom 3/4” のように表現されます。
