We don’t believe in cookie cutter house and land packages. Each home is as individual as the family that lives in it, therefore each house is carefully designed and built with each family’s needs and budget in mind. We provide you with the level of service you need- From fixed price contracts or an open book model such as construction management or cost plus, we have a reputation for being on time and on budget. We utilise award winning architects to help you realise your dream home. Our attention to detail and emphasis on finishes will ensure a smooth and exciting journey. In the end, you will have a quality designer home with real architectural integrity and a space that is highly liveable. We recently collaborated with Finney construction to a double dwelling development. Their services were highly professional and prompt to resolve any construction issues without compromising our design vision. The quality of their work , as well as attention to detail ,was impeccable . It has been a great pleasure to have the opportunity to work with them.

The Finney Team is highly professional with great customer focus and attention to detail. Damien and James were always approachable and available taking out some of the pressure in renovating our home. Jamie who was frequently on site was hands on and ensured supervision over building contractors. We were extremely happy with their project management skills.

We engaged Finney Construction based on their wealth of bespoke work and history of delivering quality results. They were very transparent with what was able to be done within our budget and engaged us at every opportunity to have a say in any changes or decisions. The project team were very engaged in the process and showed tremendous respect for us as clients and also showed a genuine passion for the project. The work was undertaken to the highest standard, our budget was met and we were back in our home ahead of schedule. What Finney Construction delivered exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with them on the next one!

We engaged Finney Construction to build our home and have recently completed handover. The team were professional, efficient, reliable and well organised. All agreed timelines were achieved and we are extremely happy with the finished product. When things came up that were unexpected, the Finney Construction Team were flexible in delivery and we are happy with the outcomes. I would definitely recommend Finney Construction for any building you require.

WOW!! What a house! We engaged Finney Construction to build our dream home in Chadstone - and yes it is amazing! We have lived in it for nearly 2 years. Almost flawless really, hardly any defects at all after 12 months check, built to our exact specifications and by master carpenters and trades people. It is a home for our family that we are enjoying, and will continue to love and enjoy for years to come! Thanks to Damien, Michael and all the team at Finney. Cheers Trevor

We engaged Finney Construction to build our house in 2016 and we have now lived in the finished product for about 10 months and are extremely happy. The tradespeople used were all polite and helpful and did a great job. Finney are a very organised business, so despite the numerous changes and issues that pop up during a large scale and complex build like this we found them to be always on top of everything and confident in what they were doing. There are always challenges presented along the way with a project like this and we made it to the other side with everyone happy.

コメント：What type of floors?Hi mssben, this was a fantastic project. The floor is Dinesen, the species is Douglas Fur, with a Lye finish. It was imported direct from the supplier in Denmark

コメント：Cabinet coloursGlad you like it. The benchtop and black joinery is a nano tech matt material called Fenix NTM and the timber doors are Polytec natural oak laminate. Let me know if we can help with anything else.

コメント：artHi there, unfortunately they are a client's private collection, so we don't know. But you can get a similar feel with aboriginal works which add dimension and colour. Sorry I can't be more helpful...
