At ZDESIGN we try to satisfy every client we have ever had, there are those times however a client comes across your path that can never be satisfied. This review happens to be from one of them. This particular project has now extended past the five year mark and has gone beyond the realm of reality. After getting into the project for a year, the client dissappeared for more than a year owning vendors and sub contractors more than $70,000. They found a problem with everything in an effort to get out of paying their bills. After a year they surfaced wanting to finish their project. They cost my firm much money and damaged vendor/sub contractor relationships. The problems continued and after realizing there would never be a way to work together in a normal capacity ZDESIGN has severed ties with this client and has moved onto work with other clients that are not so problematic. We have an outstanding reputation across the board, we have had no client lawsuits as insinuated and owe this client nothing. We will chalk this up to a learning lesson on who we do not want to work for.
