I approached Jacob Alexander for potential collaboration on a project after having been an admirer of their work for a long time and they did not disappoint! They were very helpful and accommodating from the outset, producing multiple designs and quote options, material samples and most importantly a common interest and passion for attention to detail and having pride in one's own work. We cannot wait to see the finished kitchen which I'm sure will be fantastic and looking forward to many future collaborations!

Jake was very happy to spend time talking about the detail of the design of my new kitchen and bathroom cabinet, to discuss possible tweaks and changes and alternatives and new thoughts and to research and source non-standard solutions, including in relation to hinges and handles, to make sure that we got everything right. He really cares about the details and I am very happy with the craftsmanship and the finished result. The kitchen is small and it was important to maximise space, including in some awkward corners, in particular because I wanted to keep simple and clean lines to blend the kitchen space as unobtrusively as possible into the living area in an open plan room. Although we had to make some compromises, Jake worked with me to find the best solution for the space available. I found Jake to be very responsive, clear, calm and knowledgeable. He and his team were very easy to deal with throughout.

We used JA for some bespoke joinery for our new extension. The brief was to create something quite unique which required a lot of consultartion and a lot of back and forth. We are delighted with the results and Jake has been great to work with. He is highly consultative, has an exceptional focus on detail and is supremely talented in how he works with many materials. We couldn't be happier with the results. I'd highly recommend Jacob Alexander.
