We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience at the Gautier store on Davenport in Toronto. Mique and the team always made us feel very welcome and kept us well informed. They were very patient with us as we visited the store on numerous occasions to double check on our choices. We live in the neighbourhood, and we laughed at how many times we went out for a walk and found some excuse to dropped by at the store to check on a detail ....one more time! The furniture has now been delivered and we are extremely pleased with the result.

I have repeatedly returned to Gautier over the last 3 years to make additions to my home. Exceptional staff, friendly and supportive and understanding; and they have been most accommodating in arranging for payment and delivery. the staff if one of the main reasons I continue to return to the store. The quality of the products are excellent, as is the support and warranty provided.

We wanted a distinctive style of furniture and Gautier had the the European flavour we were looking for. The showroom is gorgeous, the service impeccable, and Sylvie was an absolute joy to work with. The most important thing, the quality and detail of furniture is was so superior and most definitely hard to come by these days. We are slowly furnishing out new home in Barrie and we will be definitely going back for more pieces in the future.

Loved working with Sylvie Dulger. She was very knowledgeable about the Gautier product and how it would look in my home. I bought dinning room chairs and a couch, both look terrific in my space. Everything was delivered on time as promised. Some retailers that rely on their product coming from Europe never meet their promised deadline. I know this from experience so I was pleasantly surprised when everything arrived on time as promised. Quality of items were also excellent.

I approached Gautier, when I decided to redesign my bedroom and dining space. I loved the involvement of the designer and sales person. Quality oozed out in their every action - whether it was a simple tour of the showroom or design consultation or their communication style. I loved their 3D design suggestions that made it easier for me to visualize their furniture in my space. Even the delivery and set up of the leather bed that I finally bought was smooth. Though Gautier didn't have all I needed, I found something that I really love, and the entire journey from the first meeting to the delivery and assembly was remarkable. The best part, Gautier wasn't pushy about selling me something that didn't really suit my needs.

My wife and I have purchased a few items from Gautier and have been very impressed with the customer service as well as the build quality of the items. Their products are built in France so, don't be surprised by some of the delivery dates but you're getting a quality product - the wait was worth it. We also had an issue with the mattress for the sofa bed we purchased after about 1 year and they replaced it - great job Gautier.

Gautier offers complimentary 3D room design that helped me arrange all my furniture. Gautier staff is by far the most welcoming and knowledgable I've come across in a long time.
