I really liked their first engagement, they were prompt to contact me and to arrange house visit. What attracted me and my wife to FDS was that they provided a quotation based on our budget and yet proposed an attractive concept. Subsequently, we were able to raise additional funds from family loans and ended up also doing up our kitchen, total quotation amounting to about $38000.

I found out about this renovation company while browsing Facebook posts, and wanted to know more about it. After much consideration, I decided to come down to enquire for a quotation. What attracted me most to them was their transparency about the whole situation and from then on, I knew I wouldn't be regretting my decision to choose them. Mr. Wan and Mr. Khai were super friendly towards me and my son while staying professional where they needed to be. Also, Mr. Wan's recommendations and expertise on interior design also helped us a lot whenever we were having a hard time deciding on designs. Also, special thanks to our site manager, Mr. Han and who kept us updated on every work being done on site, with pictures of the progress included. Adding on, thank you to Mr. Han again for all the prompt replies and help whenever we needed it. I am so satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. They have managed to visualise my needs on designs and have brought my dream home to reality. Thanks Wan, Han and Khai and the rest of the FDS family. Chanced upon FDS's work when we were invited over to view my friend's house during her handover. You can say, it was love at first sight. We loved the outlook of the house and its workmanship. My friend had only good things to say of their work and professionalism. Needless to say, we had to take up their services, a few months later. It was a choice we never regretted. Blessed with a great team and a Project Manager who helped us in every step of the way from hearing to our ideas, giving suggestions and patiently answering all our queries. Most importantly, they were transparent about everything from the breakdown of the cost, the frequent updates on the progress of our house through photos and very much efficient. FDS is made of a great team of passionate individuals who genuinely love what they do and it shows in their projects. I love my house and I am grateful to them for making my house truly a 'home sweet home'.

And more importantly, blessed with amazing people at the very heart of its operations. Designers and coordinators are patient and dedicated, always beaming with creativity and passion. It amazes me how they never fail to produce all solutions for daily practical matters yet manage to preserve the overall beauty and concept of my home. I would recommend them any time!

I engaged Fatema Design to do reno my whole apartment this year. It was such a pleasant experience working and discussing ideas with Khai & Wan Ismail. They are both extremely professional and very efficient in their approach to handling my renovation ideas and I entrusted them completely with the reno works right from start to finish. Since I have very little knowledge on the technical aspects of the reno works, Khai managed the job very well from the get-go and I'm very happy with the outcome at the end. Aside from handling the reno works, they have a very keen eye on interior designing & decorating which is a big plus point as far as I'm concerned. Wherever there are minor repair works to be done, Khai is always attentive and is quick to help resolve the issues. I will definitely recommend Fatema Design to anyone who seeks highly professional IDs who are very customer-oriented, efficient, creative and reliable.
