The process couldn’t have been easier dealing with Joel from the Blind Gallery. We knew we wanted Hunter Douglas Silhouettes and got 3 quotes. Joel promised us they would be the lowest and he was so correct. The best part is Joel and his dad Bob did the install themselves. Love supporting a local successful business. We highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we got from both Joel and Bob on our new home in Rye. We ordered 23 Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades on November 10th and they were completely installed in December 4th. Impressive company - we highly recommend!!

We have done business with the Blind Gallery for many years. Products and service was always good until recently. We called about a problem with a Hunter Douglas product back in February. Our calls have not been returned so at this point we can no longer recommend doing business with the Blind Gallery. We would have given this business zero stars for service after the sale if it was possible. The product is under warranty and it would appear the the Blind Gallery is just trying to run out the clock.

This lead us to the Blind Gallery and we are thrilled we did. Bob promised us the installation date that we were looking for and came through. To make things even better, their pricing was about 20% less than our lowest quote on Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades.

Amazingly quick turnover and very professional. The highlight of our renovation project. The kicker on the entire project was that they were by FAR the lowest price on Hunter Douglas Silhouettes!! We would highly highly recommend!
