2430: exterior
From comments: This is "a cement board panel called Cembonit. Honestly, I don't think it's available in the states anymore. It is made in Europe, and I guess the company stopped exporting it. There is a rubber gasket system for the seams, but it sets behind the panels. It's an integral color panel, with no paint, so the color is what it is. It comes in 10 or so different colors. Look up cbf11.com. That is the state-side distributor. They have a new product called Sil-Leed panels that are very similar. Another company to check out would be Cladding Corp. Both offer similar products, but we haven't used them yet." SY: We looked into Silbonit for our addition - integral color cement board panels. Turned out to be more expensive than Hardie panels, which were comparable in price to cedar. You have to paint Hardie panels - they are also cement panels.
