Compact Living with Max(imize)able Space
Great exterior AND interior design . Interesting, my bike has a battery that can’t get too hot. Maybe on a shady or an eave over the space and outlet for charging? Insulation?. Also my bike is 49 lbs. can’t lift it too high. It would be great to have a place for it. Maybe two. I like that this would keep it out of sight.
Entire kitchen is the island; containing all the essentials with the addition of the refrigerator in the alcove. Clever storage/lighting solution makes use of space that could be of limited use (proximal to cooktop). This would work especially if we need the window light on a wall. Good possibility.
Absolute bare minimum kitchenette
cool desk on bottom of "Murphy bed."
Storage is often overlooked.
Multiple uses of space: office/guest room/hall/stair. Good idea, Murphy beds too.
Space flows even though function changes. Artistic creative use of design of functional kitchen. Interesting…..,
Window seat alcove made of storage cabinetry. I like this ! Might need window covering for privacy depending on what it faces. Let’s include this concept if feasible.
Basement lightwell? The transparent door is nice. See if it can be included!
Creative use of space under stair.. Good idea.
Light passes through some spaces to others. Nice!
Wall pivots to share resources (TV in this case) with next "room." Interesting, it defines spaces and has versatility. Would it feel like a big “thing” in the middle of the room?
corner
Simple verticals supporting system look shelves. Simple and useful!
Kitchen components in a corner of living space, with island doubling as dining and workable space. Great idea!
Kitchen fits into a corner of a living space. Note opening above brings daylight into adjacent room(s). The light makes a big difference.
I like this! Every bit of space becomes a home for specific items. There is easy access. I’ll work on an inventory of favorite items.
