Specific materials, colours and fittings are given for this kitchen.
Kitchen with dark grey cabinets, marble-look splashback, timber tones and black frames.
Black in the kitchen with black window frames... Might be improved by white (marble-look?) splashback.
Thin black frames around mirror and glass in bathroom (which could also be used for bathroom window frames and to outline shower niches).
Black & white geometric bathroom tiles with matching light fitting. (Prefer light grout between wall tiles and cleaner window style.)
What to do with kitchen kickboards/plinths? Kickboard storage drawers, ‘Sweep-o-vac’ central vacuum system to suck up crumbs (see comments) and space for feet to go under to get close to bench are things to consider. Also consider how materials/colour affect the look of the space.
The dark grey painted area gives height as well as a sense of grandeur in an otherwise small space. For bathroom and/or ensuite?

Bedroom to bathtub/en-suite... which then looks out onto courtyard?
Love the bathroom tile ‘rug’!
Functional, fun storage framing the bed. Dexter’s bedroom?
Accent borders. Although a border strip of accent tile can be added purely for visual interest, it can serve another important function beautifully with just a little planning. When tiling a full wall, it’s common to find that the ceiling height is not an exact multiple of the desired tile size, meaning tiles at the top or bottom will have to be cut to fit. By including a slightly wider or narrower stripe, your tiles can add up to the exact height of the wall and avoid costly (and possibly unattractive) cuts.
