This has both loose baskets and some on slide-outs / suspended.
This is a pretty option...
Here are a few stainless or chrome baskets on slides that could be used for vegetables.
I like the idea of being able to see all the vegetables in each bin (compared to something like a wicker basket where you can’t see if what’s in the bottom is starting to go bad).
Baskets look like they’re on slide-outs or resting on simple ledges on either side.
Root vegetable storage is built-in to cabinets.
Maybe we can build-in the TV over the fireplace? Frame it like this one shown?
We like the nook incorporated into the backsplash area.
We both like this look. Patty particularly likes the look of the hutch on the left side of the picture.
We’ve always liked the craftsman look.
We like the trim around the TV, with the “built-in” look.
Another like what we originally were thinking of...
Similar to what we originally envisioned for the windows.
Another neat option for windows with seating next to the fireplace.
These windows are larger than we thought of but they’re very cute.
Maybe half the pantry should have a counter like this example?
Should we plan to have some of our small appliances in the pantry too?
Here’s the lift-up storage option for our kitchen aid mixer.
Should we think about a wood counter in the butler’s pantry?
Should we incorporate some wine storage in the pantry too?
Should we incorporate bins for produce? (Fruit, root vegetables, etc.?)
Another nice pantry door example
Option for butler’s pantry space
Should the pantry have a glass inset like this example?
Pot filler is installed offset, off of the decorative backsplash.
I like the idea of a cabinet within a cabinet for easy access to spices as shown.
Is this type of faucet too industrial-looking?
Should we go with a more traditional goose-neck faucet with a separate sprayer? Or a larger (and more industrial looking) single faucet that is also a sprayer?
I think I’m drawn to the traditional white farmhouse sink, but I’m open to other colors...
Patty likes the glass doors on the uppers
Coffee station probably doesn’t need a ton of space, based on this example...
Nice arrangement for a coffee station.
Maybe a coffee station could be put into the space next to the fridge like this example?
Simple way of providing a dedicated coffee station.
Cute coffee station
Nice combination of shelves & cabinetry in a pantry
Butcher block in the pantry?
I think we’ll miss having all the windows in the kitchen...
Coffee station?
Patty likes the black hutch shown mixed with the white cabinets.
Possible idea = open shelves instead of upper cabinets next to the hood?
We like the mix of colors / textures / materials.
Patty likes the look of the vent hood (but we’re sure it’s hard to keep clean).
Patty likes this overall package.
I like the sink space
