Here’s the closets for the bedroom. Pretty cool. LEMA.

I like the beam over the opening to the dining room. If we can’t do the beams on the ceiling, this may be an alternative.

Dining room—now that’s a wine cellar!

I would love to have a ceiling like this in the dining area, but may not be able to accommodate with only 8’ height. But would like to have some beams and also a stone wall. Modern take on a wine cellar.

I like the windows and beam, skip the fireplace

This home is dimension-wise, very much like our’s, with prominent garage and set back entrance (and second floor over the balcony/porch). I would prefer not to go with the color, although it works for this house. A few too many do-dad’s for me, but it’s an idea for roof lines.

A little too “Florida” for me, but I like the general look, if we go with a beach style

I like the white walls with light wooden floors and beams (not that many though)

If we go with more of a beach look, here’s an example of what I like: modern take on traditional lines. White with black windows and metal roof

Another white and gray and black windows, in this home with metal roof, and stone.

I like the colors: white and dark gray with black windows and wood accents

Here’s where the architects got the idea for the metal “pergola” at the entrance.

Here’s a similar stone and wood look with shallow pitched metal roof. I don’t need this much stone or wood; can work with other materials and just use wood as accent (maybe only doors).

Another idea for the garage, where there is no porch, but the second floor is set back. I like the strong stone feature wall between the garage and the entrance.

I like the vertical striping for the fireplace side of the house, especially if we keep existing fireplace stone in place, and add stone for the new fireplace. Would use white painted stone with gray siding.

Stone with black windows, wood accents. Another porch over the garage. Also like cascading steps (although we don’t have as much room as this home)
My favorite look for the master bath
