There are companies who do it. They bring a machine that grinds the surface & then apply the stain in an assortment of colours . My daughter helped a friend do their bacpsement after watching a you tube video.

That's my grill & hood . We stained the concrete floor to look like stone. No grout & broken tiles to deal with.. Easy care.

Irene, how was this process done?? I have a TON of concrete. it would likely be less costly to do something like this than to remove/replace with new materials. Input, please!
