Hi Luis! Our Modin Signature Collection is 7mm thick, with a 40 mil wear layer. We do currently have Lato in stock, but it is very popular right now, so it's possible that it will be backordered again soon. You can install this product directly on a concrete slab -- it comes with a pre-attached IXPE foam underlayment.
