which bath did you fit?

Hi there.

I love your interior designs shown in this feature, and I’m especially interested in knowing more about the bath that is peeping round the door on your bathroom shot. I’m about to redesign now own bathroom - I need a bath that works with a shower screen, but I’m trying to avoid a regular fitted shower/bath.

I’d really appreciate your advice on best bath type.

Hi both - thank you for asking. It depends where you position it really. Here in this case we wanted to achieve a more open space feel hence the bath is freestanding. This also emphasizes a more traditional look. If your bathroom were more contemporary, then it would likely also have a shower over - then you can get a single-ended bath which you tile the front of. Really depends also on the size of your bathroom.

For a bath to work with a shower screen, you will need a single-ended bath though...

Great advice and thank you for the reply. I don’t have space for separate shower and bath and the house style is more contemporary so the single-ended option will be best for me!
