Ceiling fan in center of loft, or over bed?

This is the guest apartment at our cabin. Currently there is a ceiling fan in the center of the space. It is undersized for the space in my opinion. The space is 28ft x 28 ft.

So I am going to replace it with a bigger fan(maybe one of those big ass fans) or a nice chandelier of some sort. Being in Georgia, ceiling fans are very useful and I personally run one when I sleep. If I put a chandelier I’m wondering if would look odd to put a small ceiling fan over the bed. Or maybe just buy a cool retro fan to put on the dresser at the foot of the bed, or a fan on a pedestal?

I would NOT put a fan over the bed. imo, it would ruin the beams and ceiling. Just get one for the bedside table.

So should I do a bigger fan with or without a light fixture?

Here is a bedroom design of ours. Please note where the ceiling fan is in relation to the bed.

Larger fan. No light if you can avoid it and keep it centered in the loft

Or replace the fan with a chandelier and purchase an air shower unit to circulate air in the loft. You can usually hide them in a corner
