Can I ask how the fabric is performing, it seems like there's a big question with it pilling.

I actually have this in my own home too. It does have a bit of pilling on the most frequently used seat cushions, but is easily "shaved" off. No pilling on the back cushions. My client hasn't complained about pilling (I have asked her after I started experiencing it with mine). It's not a "performance grade" fabric.
