The grass Is a cashmere zoysia

How does it compare to regular grass in maintenance and price? And where can it be purchased in south florida?

It requires a reel mower to cut the grass, it cost about $1.00 a sq ft done right with a sand base. However there is a better and less expensive type of zoysia that requires no special Maint and looks great and cost less.
It's the grass we use in all our projects now, it's called empire zoysia, it can be cut with a basic rotary mower and requires no special Maint.

Same price? $1.00/sq ft? By the way, thank you for your help. I just think it is better for the kids to play in and for around the pool.

It's very soft on your feet. It will be great for the kids. It actually cost less than $1.00 sq ft.
