Looks like a candelabra, but obviously just a guess on my part.. Just type that stamped model number from the base into the google and it will tell you want to know.

Hi Steve, thank you. I tried Googleing it and it didn't came up with anything. It looks like E12 or as you called it "Candelabra" to me too.

Doesn't that show e126w on the base? So e12, 6 watt? It's hard to read for me though.

I agree it is very hard to read. What I was able to read is EJ1225W120CHINA. There is one symbol in front but I can't just say what it is. Could be O or C

It's a standard E12 candelabra base. That's a 25w 120v, probably G16 (bulb size/shape). Look for an LED alternative in 2700K or 3000K (warm white) color and 225 +/- lumen output (brightness) as a replacement.
