Yes, we can offer trims to be made to match any color or texture of our floors however we require 10 business days after the purchase has been processed to complete the trims.

I don't really understand your answer. Are you the designer or the flooring mfg?

If I order flooring I want to know that I can get the stairs to match.

We are the flooring mfg, Yes you can order your stairs to match the flooring option but note we are stating we require 10 business days after the purchase has been made to complete the labor of making the trims.

We have the flooring ready to be palletized & shipped out in roughly 5-7 business days but the trims are in raw hardwood meaning they do not have stain, finish or texture.

Since we do not know what floor option the customer will go with we cannot have them pre-made, we must make them match a floor's current batch and this requires 10 business days just for the trims (this does not include transit time)
