Hello, the inside dimension of each shelf is 4" High x 18" wide x 14" deep. there are 2 sides with the sliding door - one side has the shelf, the other side behind the sliding door is just one open space with interior dimensions of 8" high x 18" wide x 14" deep. . the shelves are not adjustable.
