looks like the trashcan stays exposed because the towel area is open? doesn't that let smell out?
In another photo of this kitchen you can see a piece below the paper towel holder. Looks like a great idea!
There is a ceiling to the trash can cabinet separating it from the drawer cabinet above. There is no need for a trash can cover. Sorry there aren't any other photos to share.
