These are old wire cut bricks from 1894. The trick is fairly simple but arduous, rebuild the wall! When you take bricks from different positions and rebuild the facade with them it jumbles up the colour variations to give this effect. Reclaimed bricks rebuilt may also work, so long as they haven't been acid washed/cleaned.
