Thanks for your inquiry. The cabinetry was built to our design drawings by a cabinet shop in Brooklyn: S. Donadic Woodwork, Inc. The counter on the vanity is 32" above the floor and the space under the drawer above the stool is 27" above the floor. Best, Tom
