Thanks for your question. The floor is actually a porcelain tile. Rather than using a faux wood finish (which I feel looks less like a hardwood floor because of the accentuated grout joints), we opted for a subtle linear pattern (Streamline by Pental). It creates the warm aesthetic of a traditional hardwood floor while providing excellent durability and versatility with it's wet room applications. We used the same tile on the shower walls and tub deck/surround as well!
