With the stone patio, fireplace, slide, grotto, waterfall, firepit, kitchen, landscaping around $235k but you can build the pool and patio for much cheaper by using standard pavers on the patio and stuff like that.

Looking to get something similar with a 50k budget. Need a spa/jacuzzi, fireplace, a slide would be nice. Something like the image below
