The beams are actual reclaimed antique wood. The finish was the real deal weathered/ silvered natural wood. The dimensions were roughly 8" x 8" square. To emulate this look with new wood, I would suggest looking into Rubio floor finishes. They have some really nice pre-treatments and silver colors that I think could get you close.

It's Chantilly White which is a slightly creamy off-white. Just enough to look rich next to hardwood...
