What hardware was used to hang the wall sconces?

I have the same sconces as pictured in your beautiful dining room. However, they did not come with hardware to hang. Would you mind telling me what specific hardware you used to securely hang them on the wall? Thank you.

The wall sconces in this picture came with hanging hardware already mounted into the back of the sconces. These are new, carved wood reproductions from Italy. With the type of inset mounting bracket that is installed in this bracket they can be hung no shrews mounted with the use of a molly bolt.
