Where did you purchased the wood panel with the indent for tv/fire?

I have a small great room with cathedral ceilings and I want to put an electric fireplace with my flat screen over top. I love how you did this, which made it more space. And it looks great. I love the wood on the wall great eye piece. Was the piece custom or purchased from somewhere.

Thank you, Vonna! This was a custom piece. We bumped out the wall and installed wood planks. We used shluter to cap off the cut parts and recessed the tv installation. We were able to install the fireplace the same way.
