It has been 7 days since we notified you of the problem with the fixtures we received.

We are very unhappy with the quality of the product and your customer service.

We have not been able to get either of the Bolle pendants to turn on.

The cherry bomb fixtures are a mess, most of the chains fell out during shipment and the overall product is subpar and are not the product you sent us a picture of.

We expect an immediate replacement for both cherry bomb fixtures w/ chains attached, if you do not respond we will cancel the order for a full refund.
