There were many components to this project, many of which are not in the photo.

This property had a slope with a 15-20' elevation change and we had about 10,000 square feet of area to work with. The pool was 1100 sq. ft. and we used over 100 tons of stone for the waterfall. There was also natural stone patios and mature plantings installed. In the northeast we would recommend a starting budget of about $500,000. Hope this helps!
