From the dimension of the doors we can see that the balcony, measured at the floor or the top rail, is around seven feet long (Perhaps a little longer in the middle, because of the shape of the posts). We can also see the height is around three and a quarter to three and a half feet. The depth is one third the overall length; making it somewhere about two and one third feet.

It's hard to say exactly what the weight carriage would be - it varies on the structure and the mass of the balcony itself - but it is very safe to say it should hold two adults without any problem.
