I have a very large decorator shade with the pull chain track to open

The crank housing for my very large decorative window shade is broke. I can hand feed the chain into the crank but it doesn't stay for more than a few uses. Do you sell the part or is there anything you can do to help me.

    It sounds like you need to connect the two ends of the chain with a connector. You could see if there's a Hunter Douglas dealer in your area that could help you. On the internet go to the dealer locator located on bottom right corner of website at www.hunterdouglas.com
