Hi kdada! Timber floors are spotted gum, 140mm wide boards, secret nailed, satin finish. we generally specify the german sealers as they are the best quality and do not yellow off over time. We like our timber floors to be tough and durable but still looking and feeling like timber not epoxy plastic. The timber supplier was a city based retailer. cant remember who off the top of my head.
