This is actually painted on. I used the main wall colour as the background (Benjamin Moore Perspective CSP5) and then used 2" Frog tape to tape out my organic branch pattern. Once that was complete I painted on my feature colour (Benjamin Moore HC-148 Jamestown Blue). It took about 4 hours from start to finish. Hope this helps : )
