Need help for designing a new house.

Land area : 6000 sq ft. Looking for a house of approx 2000 sq feet, double storied. Emphasis on lots of natural light and air circulation while ensuring adequate privacy. Balconies on the first floor. Bedrooms-4, all with attached bathrooms. One additional common bathroom.

The privacy aspect could be tackled via frosted glass, high windows, etc. These solutions will bring in daylight while providing adequate privacy. Hope this helps!
