Thank you for your enquiry Helene, this kitchen room is approx. 15' x 16.5' (window wall run). The island is extra wide (4.5') and the clearance for the sideboard on the left requires a larger room size than usual. A typical L-shape kitchen design like this one would easily fit in to a 13x15 space with a few minor design adjustments.

Hello Michelle, This is a modified Brunswick pattern using a tile series called Pasha Antico Travertina by Eurotile. I don't believe this colour is still available though.
