George, this type of wainscot can be created relatively easily wherever you are. It's just a simple 1x4 pattern, with one horizontal piece (typically at 42" above the finished floor) and several vertical pieces spaced evenly that connect it to the baseboard. These pieces and the drywall they surround are then painted a different color from the wall (typically the same color as the trim package in the room).
